MTConnect Parts Working Group
Our President, Jim Smith, has been appointed chairman of the MTConnect Institute Parts Working Group. The group is working to extend the MTConnect schema to include information that will support Parts related applications. Some of these applications include process document management, revision control, quality control and parts tracking. This will significantly increase the usability of the emerging MTConnect standard.
